Prices effective from 1st Jan 2009
Please note BCA Web Services are only available to BCA members and caving or mining not-for-profit organisations.
The server is Linux running an Apache webserver. We do not offer a Windows server or associated services such as ASP.

Invoicing
- You will be invoiced for new services from the date they start.
- Upon renewal of your hosting package we will adjust the start date of your other services (e.g. extra disk space, databases, etc.) so that they match the hosting package.
- That will create a refund that we will apply to your hosting package renewal invoice.
- This is to minimise the number of invoices we send you. If you do not want us to do this please let us know.
- Domains are different. We will not adjust their start dates and will continue to invoice for them as they become due.
- Renewal invoices will be raised one month before the current service expires.
- If you wish to terminate a Domain we would welcome as much notice as possible. We require a minimum of one months notice, otherwise you will be charged. That is because we will be charged by our supplier.
- Terms are 30 days. E&OE.
