Publications & Information Committee

Convenor: Les Williams (due for re-election in June 2011)

Membership: Representatives from each of the Constituent Bodies and Regional Councils as well as the Handbook & Newsletter Editors and the Webmaster. These three officials are appointed annually at the BCA Council meeting that follows the AGM.

Meetings: Meets as required, usually prior to Council Meetings, arranged by Convenor.

Minutes circulated to: BCA Secretary, who then forwards to Council Members plus anyone else who may have an interest. Minutes are also then uploaded to the P&I section of the BCA website.

Reports: Quarterly at BCA Council, and annually at Annual General Meeting.
